That means no need to register separately. Once you create an account, you can log in from any device using the same details.
- Same username and password — works on both app and browser
- Claim a bonus once and it shows up in both places
- Bets placed on the browser can be tracked in the app
- VIP tier points accumulate across all devices together
Login and security on your phone — what to keep in mind
As mobile play becomes more convenient, it is worth paying attention to your account security. A few simple habits when logging into good 1111 will keep your account safe.
- Keep your screen lock on: PIN, fingerprint or face unlock — whichever you use, if your phone has no lock, anyone can open the app.
- Verify your OTP: When you receive an OTP on your mobile during login, use it only yourself — do not share it with anyone. If someone asks for your OTP, it may be an attempt at fraud.
- Do not share your password: No good 1111 staff member will ever ask for your password — if someone does, it is fraud.
- Use a trusted network: Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi. Mobile data or your home network is more secure.
- Play responsibly: Read the responsible gaming guidelines and set your own limits. This feature is available in the app as well.
Some tips for running the app smoothly
The good 1111 app generally runs fine on its own, but following a few practices makes the experience even smoother.
- Keep a stable connection: A good network during live casino or live cricket betting keeps the game running without interruption. A weak connection may cause live dealer games to pause at times.
- Keep the app updated: Install new updates when they appear on the official channel. Updates include security improvements and new games.
- Battery and storage: Playing while charging is better for long sessions. If your phone is low on storage, app updates may not install.
- Keep notifications on: Bonus offers and important account information are sent through notifications.
- Only get the app from official sources: Downloading from third-party sites or app stores carries security risks. Always use the official channel.
